Russian Black Bread

This is a great bread to make when you are having Rueben Sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound Loaf shopping list
- 1 1/8 cups water shopping list
- 2 T. cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour shopping list
- 1 cup rye flour shopping list
- 1 tsp.salt shopping list
- 2 T. butter shopping list
- 2 T. dark corn syrup shopping list
- 1 T. brown sugar shopping list
- 3 T. cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. instant coffee shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. fennel seeds shopping list
- 1 T. caraway seeds shopping list
- 2 tsp. yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients into bread machine according to your machines directions.
- Allow to cool on wire rack for 1 hour before slicing.
