Tomato Topped Onion Bread

- Salad shopping list
- 1 tbls. olive oil shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 tbls. parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1 tbls. tarragon vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. basil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. oregano shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- bread shopping list
- 1/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- 1 can refrigerated pizza crust shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Salad
- Heat oil in skillet
- Add tomato and pepper and cook until liquid evaporates, about 10 minutes
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Set aside and cool
- Bread
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
- Add onion and garlic and cook until tender
- Drain, reserving oil
- Grease round 9 inch cake pan with reserved oil
- Unroll dough and roll into 10 inch circle
- Put dough in pan pressing onto bottom and 1/2 inch up sides
- Using tip of knife, poke holes in dough every 2 inches or so
- Pour remaining reserved oil onto dough and spread evenly
- Sprinkle with onion mixture and cheese
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
- Cool a minute or 2 and remove from pan
- Put on serving dish and top warm bread with salad
