Baked Blueberry Brie Recipe
Made this for Thanksgiving, looks beautiful, tastes divine and so easy! Make ahead recipe too!

Ingredients
  • 1 8 inch round wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 pkg of puff pastry
  • 1, 12 oz blueberry preserves ( could be apricot etc. )

Directions
  1. Carefully remove top rind of cheese rind with sharp knife
  2. Spread the jar of jam evenly over cheese.
  3. Roll out one sheet of the puff paste with rolling pin thinly so it's large enogh to cover cheese
  4. Pick up pastry and cover Brie, tucking any excess pastry under brie to enclose cheese
  5. Bake in a 350F about 20 to 30 minutes so cheese is soft and melted
  6. Cool on rack.
  7. Serve warm or room tempertaure by cutting thin wedges with a sharp knife.
  8. Serve as is or with crackers
  9. Reheats well.
  10. May be prepared several hours prior to serving and gently reheated in oven or micro .
  11. Some Brie lovers just eat this cold!
  12. The sweet jam and savory creamy cheese are heavan together !

Hey, I also made this for Thanksgiving but used Blackberry preserve along with whole Blackberry's and made another one with sauteed wild Mushrooms, roasted Shallots and fresh herbs....Your right they are heaven together..........................Turtle
