Chicken Pear And Gorgonzola Tarts

- 8 bacon strips shopping list
- 11/2tsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 3/4c finely chopped cooked chicken breast shopping list
- 1/3c pear nectar shopping list
- 1/4c finely chopped dried pears shopping list
- 3Tbs apricot preserves shopping list
- 2tsp butter shopping list
- 1/4tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 pkgs(1.9oz ea) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells shopping list
- 1/3c crumbled gorgonzola cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Place bacon in a jelly roll pan;broil 4 " from the heat for 4-6 mins on each side or till crisp. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon;sprinkle ocer bacon. Broil 1 min. longer or till bacon is glazed and bubbly. Drain on paper towels. Cool slightly and crumbble.
- In small skillet,combine chicken,pear nectar,pears,preserves,butter,salt and pepper. Bring to a boil;cook,stirring occasionally,for 3-4 mins or till thickened. Spoon about 1 teaspoonful of filling into each tart shell;place tarts on baking sheet.. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 5 to 7 mins. or till heated through.
