Tator Tot Casserole Recipe

This is a family favorite. Warm, hearty, cheesy. Very comforting. You can easily add your favorite veggie to it.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb block of your favorite cheese (cheddar, colby, etc...)
- 1 lg bag of tator tots
- your choice of veggie (optional)
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Brown hamburger and drain.
- In 13 x 9 inch pan, mix cooked hamburger and cream of mushroom soup.
- Add vegetables if using any.
- Top with sliced cheese.
- Spread tator tots over top of casserole, lining them up in single file.
- Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until tator tots are golden brown and cheese is melted.

It is also way yummy to use Chicken instead of beef. I like to add broccoli with the chicken. and use cream of chicken soup!!!
