How to make it

  • Cut the bacon into small pieces, chop the onions and peppers into thin rings.
  • Boil water and pour t over the tomatoes so you can easily peel them, cut into pieces
  • Put the bacon in a frying pan, cook on low heat for about 2 minutes, add the onions and cook for another 2 minutes, add sliced sausage and 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • Add the peppers, the tomatoes, the tomatosauce and the garlic, cook with a lid on on very low heat for abut 40 minutes until the peppers soften. At the end you can add some sliced frankfurterts.
  • Best served with fresh white bread, but you can use this stew as a pasta- sauce or even a garnish with roasted meat
