Even the kids will love this meatloaf. The sweet sauce is so yummy.

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 C. milk
  • 1 C. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 C. quick oats
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 2/3 C. ketchup
  • 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp. mustard

Directions
  1. Mix first 6 ingredients, add ground beef and blend well.
  2. Form into 6 small meatloaves
  3. Place in lightly greased pan
  4. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over loaves
  5. Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes until done (You may make this as 1 single loaf approx. 1 hr. bake time)
