Sweet Cheesy Mini Meatloaves
I really loved this. I had this for lunch and then my mom and sister came by and I sent some home with them for their dinner. I told them to rate it between one and five stars and let me know. I'll report back. :-)
Myself - I loved it. I'll probably use this recipe again, although there are plenty of meatloaf recipes out there to try!

Thank you, Marie! I thought they were very tasty. My family's votes ended up at 4 stars. Dad gave it three. He didn't like the sauce. He probably thought it was too sweet. He's also a pretty picky eater. My mom thought there was too much sauce, although she liked the sauce. She said 4.5. My sister loved the sauce but said it wasn't the best meatloaf she had ever eaten, so she said 4 stars.
Fun. I wish they were around to help me rate all the recipes I make! :-)

You know, people are picky when it comes to tried & true family recipes..like meatloaf..I have been making the same old recipe for years, but I'd like to try something new next time I make it..the sauce sounds really good in this recipe..totally different than just ketchup or tomato sauce:) My Dad is the same way..doesn't care for anything "new"!!!

Except for the brown sugar this is pretty much the recipe I use. Never have made individual ones though. Were the six loaves a good serving size FA?

Yes, I thought they were a perfect serving size.
I have a hard time getting my dad to try new things, too, Marie. He wants his meatloaf the way my mom has been making it for over 50 years and that's that!! :-)
