How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a 1/1/2 quart casserole dish, combine soup, sour cream, half of the onions, and pepper.
  • Stir in potatoes until blended.
  • In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, butter, and paprika. Sprinkle evenly over potatoes.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Garnish with shredded cheese and pop back in oven for 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt. Garnish with other half of green onions.
