How to make it

  • In a 2 -quart sauce- pan, over high heat, bring broth to a boil. Add broccoli and carrot. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in rice, lemon juice and pepper. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork before serving.
