These are to die for. My mom makes them every year for christmas and I am keeping up the tradition on the other side of the ocean!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (I use the equivalent in really good quality chocolate)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cups peanuts
  • 1 package mini marshmallows

Directions
  1. Heat first three ingredients in a bowl in the microwave, stirring frequently until smooth and melted.
  2. Let cool slightly
  3. Add peanuts and marshmallows
  4. Press into parchment paper lined 9 x 13 inch pan and let cool in the fridge until cold.
  5. Cut into squares.
  6. Freezes well.
