Outrageous Rocky Road Squares

These are to die for. My mom makes them every year for christmas and I am keeping up the tradition on the other side of the ocean!
Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate chips (I use the equivalent in really good quality chocolate) shopping list
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 cups peanuts shopping list
- 1 package mini marshmallows shopping list
How to make it
- Heat first three ingredients in a bowl in the microwave, stirring frequently until smooth and melted.
- Let cool slightly
- Add peanuts and marshmallows
- Press into parchment paper lined 9 x 13 inch pan and let cool in the fridge until cold.
- Cut into squares.
- Freezes well.
