Cheesy Potato Casserole Recipe

This is a family favorite served as a side for anytime of the day!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds hash browns
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cove of garlic minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use the low sodium one)
- 1 pt sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Topping
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in 9x13 pan that's greased.
- Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over potato mixture.
- Bake about 45 minutes at 350 or until golden brown

Ohhhh sooo very good....LOVED this and so did my family.....everyone had seconds!! LOL.....I did use a little less butter...other than that.....followed exactly. Ohh....and I did get the cornflakes! Thanks Sanzoe!
