Eggactly Right Breakfast

- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup half and half or milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 2 slices Nature's Own butter bread or other good quality bread shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs with half and half, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- In skillet, melt 1 to 2 teaspoons of butter.
- Once butter melts, place bread in skillet.
- Turn bread to absorb butter on both sides.
- Add more butter and repeat for second piece of bread.
- Return bread to skillet(over med. heat) and brown lightly on each side, place one slice of bread on plate.
- Add remaining butter to pan and melt.
- Stir in eggs and cook,(over med. high heat) stirring often until cooked(do not overcook as it will dry out eggs) This step takes only a few minutes.
- Divide eggs equally and place equal amounts on top of each slice of bread(toast).
- Serve.
