Ingredients
  • 1/2 KG POTATOES
  • SALT , WATER, GARLIC , RED HOT PEPPER
  • 50 GRMS TO 100 GRMS PARMESAN CHEESE
  • BREADCRUMBS, 50 GR
  • 3 EGGS

Directions
  1. 1) BOIL THE POTATOES
  2. 2) MASHED THE POTATOES WITH POTATOE MASHER AND MIX TOGETHER ALL THE INGREDIENTS.
  3. 3)GET THE BAKING PAN AND PUT WAXED PPAPER.
  4. 4) BEGIN TO PIPE MASHED POTATOES INTO THE BAKING PAN WITH 3 CM DISTANCE FROM ONE ANOTHER.
  5. 5) SPRINKLE A LITTLE PARMESANCHEESE OVER THE NESTS OR ROSSETES OF MASHED POTATOES.
  6. 6) BAKE ON THE PREHEATED OVEN AT 200C FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES OR TILL GOLDEN BROWN..
