Everyone's had this and everyone probably has their own way of making it. I'm posting my friend, Michael's rendition!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small package slivered almonds
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
  • 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Soup and Recipe mix
  • Parmesan cheese, grated and to taste (don't overdo the Parm!)
  • 1 large round hearth-baked bread, hollowed out, reserving pieces

Directions
  1. Hollow out the bread loaf so bowl can be used for dip.
  2. Mix together all ingredients well.
  3. Fill bread "bow" with dip.
  4. Arrange "cut-up" bread pieces around loaf for dipping.

I sometimes think that the chestnuts make it a little "watery" after it sits a while, tole. And the almonds give it a different texture and flavor also. Enjoy! Thank,
