This time of year in Florida the morning temperatures range from "frost" to "balmy". When it is "frost" I like to bake in the morning, but I don't wake up real quickly, so something I can assemble quickly with a short ingredient list is best! Ingredients
- 3 cups self rising flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar/honey/syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheese(s) YOUR CHOICE, they are all good! shopping list
- 1 bottle beer shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- grease loaf pan (4x9x4 or 5x9x4)
- quickly combine all ingredients, as with muffins
- turn dough/batter into loaf pan
- expect lumpy appearance
- bake 1 hour, cool on wire rack
- serve with....
- well, more beer??
