Ingredients

3 cups self rising flour

1/4 cup sugar/honey/syrup

1/2 cup grated cheese(s) YOUR CHOICE, they are all good!

1 bottle beer

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F

grease loaf pan (4x9x4 or 5x9x4)

quickly combine all ingredients, as with muffins

turn dough/batter into loaf pan

expect lumpy appearance

bake 1 hour, cool on wire rack

serve with....

well, more beer??
