Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place butter in small metal bowl.
  • Zest and juice the limes.
  • Add zest and juice to the butter in the bowl.
  • Add the cilantro/parsley to the bowl.
  • Season with white pepper and salt.
  • Mix all ingredients until completely incorporated.
  • Place butter on plastic wrap and form into a log.
  • Wrap the butter "log" in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
