How to make it

  • Cook meat in large non-aluminum Dutch oven until no longer pink.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except cilantro
  • Simmer gently, partially covered and stirring frequently, 40 to 45 minutes Taste and adjust seasonings.
  • Add cilantro at serving time.

    Sounds good!
    similar to something I make, except I use beef, only 1 of the peppers, red beans and no tomato or cilantro... I'll try this one, no buffalo here though, so I'll use beef and I'll have to find out what cilantro is in Italian. :)

    I need more herbs in my garden!!
