Red And Black Bean Buffalo Chili Recipe

Ingredients

1lb ground buffalo meat

2T chili powder

3cloves garlic, minced

1 each diced: red, green, yellow pepper

1T honey, if desired

0.5t Crushed red pepper

2 Large Tomatoes

2 ears sweet corn, shucked, kernels cut from cobs

3Cups each, cooked: red beans and black beans

Directions

Cook meat in large non-aluminum Dutch oven until no longer pink.

Stir in remaining ingredients except cilantro

Simmer gently, partially covered and stirring frequently, 40 to 45 minutes Taste and adjust seasonings.

Add cilantro at serving time.

similar to something I make, except I use beef, only 1 of the peppers, red beans and no tomato or cilantro... I'll try this one, no buffalo here though, so I'll use beef and I'll have to find out what cilantro is in Italian. :)

I need more herbs in my garden!!
