TANGY KIELBASA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pride Estate in Irving, Texas in 1990.

Ingredients
  • 1 jar red currant jelly
  • 1-1/4 pounds fully cooked kielbasa sausage thinly sliced

Directions
  1. Cook jelly in large saucepan over medium heat stirring constantly until jelly melts.
  2. Add sausage and stir well then bring to a boil.
  3. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes then serve warm.
