Thousand Island Dressing Recipe
I make my own dressings on occasion and am posting them here. They taste much better and without all of the additives.

Ingredients
  • 1 C. low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 hard boiled egg peeled and chopped

Directions
  1. Stir together first 7 ingredients and blend well.
  2. Stir in egg.
  3. I let mine sit in fridge shaking occasionally to blend flavors for at least 1 hour. Should be consumed in 3/4 days due to egg
