Ingredients

1/2oz dark rum

1/2oz rye or bourbon whiskey

1/2oz fresh lemon juice

1oz honey syrup

3 to 4 oz. hot tea or water

lemon peel,for garnish

Honey syrup;

1/4c water

1/4c honey

Directions

In large goblet,mix together the rum,whiskey,lemon juie and honey syrup.

Stir in hot tea or hot water. Lemon peel for garnish.

Honey syrup,warm water in small saucepan. Remove pan from heat and stir in the honey until completely dissolved.(Makes enough for 4 cocktails.
