German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

Easy dessert recipe to take to anywhere.
Ingredients
- 1 c pecans shopping list
- 1 c coconuts shopping list
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix shopping list
- 1 8 oz box of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 1 16oz box of confectioners sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat overn 350 degrees
- Spread coconuts and pecans in bottom of ungreased 13x9x2 in pan
- Mix cake according to directions and pour into pan
- Melt cream chesse, butter in microwave for 1 minute
- add sugar and mix
- drop this mixture by spoonfuls into the cake batter
- bake for 35-40 minutes
