Simple Spicy Chicken Cacciatore

This is the most simple, easy, tasty chicken dish. Served with a tossed salad and breadsticks
Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breast shopping list
- 8 oz shredded mozzerella shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper julienne shopping list
- 1 medium onion julienne shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon or chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti Sauce-(I use ragu roasted red pepper) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of Crushed red pepper (optional) shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 box of spaghetti noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- in 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil or any oil brown the chicken breast with salt and pepper til completely cooked
- remove chicken and place in sprayed baking dish
- saute garlic,onions and peppers in same pan
- add spaghetti sauce and mix on medium heat for 3 minutes
- add mixture on top of chicken
- top with mozzerella cheese and bake for 25 mins
- while chicken is baking, cook your spaghetti according to package directions.
- Place Chicken on plate on top of spaghetti and enjoy!
- serve with salad and breadsticks and u have a complete meal in less about an hour
