This is quick and simple to make... Its a good dressing to bottle up and give away during the holidays.

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon each whole pink peppercorns and green peppercorns
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Directions
  1. Lightly crush peppercorns with a mortar and pestle.
  2. Pour crushed peppercorns into a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients and whisk until blended.
  3. Pour into a jar.
  4. Makes 1 1/4 cups
  5. This will store for one month.
