Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup coconut

1 lb. candy coating chocolate

Directions

Melt butter.

In a large bowl mix butter, peanut butter, sugar, graham cracker crumbs and coconut.

Roll into 1" balls.

Melt chocolate.

Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.

Dip each ball into chocolate.

Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.

Don't like coconut? Use finely chopped peanuts. I used white and milk chocolate. I don't like chocolate but all of my food testers do and they raved about these.
