I have 25 "food testers." Every Easter and Christmas I make baskets for them and fill them with goodies from my new recipes. It takes me a while to work this many up but it's fun.

Don't like coconut? Use finely chopped peanuts. I used white and milk chocolate. I don't like chocolate but all of my food testers do and they raved about these.
