Hot Cheese and Mushroom Rye Toasts

These party appetizers will have your guests begging for more! Great for cocktail parties and family get-togethers. The recipe was given to me by a good friend.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated shopping list
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese grated shopping list
- 1 cup Green/spring onions chopped shopping list
- 1 cup Fresh button mushrooms finely chopped shopping list
- 1 can (7 oz.) pitted ripe olives chopped shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 1/2 pkg. Cocktail rye bread (small) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the first six ingredients.
- Spread mixture on cocktail rye.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until bottoms of rye bread are lightly toasted.
- Makes approx. 56 toasts.
