These party appetizers will have your guests begging for more! Great for cocktail parties and family get-togethers. The recipe was given to me by a good friend.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Green/Spring Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Button Mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 can (7 oz.) Pitted Ripe Olives chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 pkg. Cocktail Rye Bread (small)

Directions
  1. Combine the first six ingredients.
  2. Spread mixture on cocktail rye.
  3. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until bottoms of rye bread are lightly toasted.
  4. Makes approx. 56 toasts.
