How to make it

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, lemon juice, and horseradish until smooth. By hand, gently stir in shrimp. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with snack crackers of choice.
  • Makes about 2 cups of dip.

    I have a bag of frozen cooked shrimp in the freezer but they're sort of big. Do you think I can use those and just chop them up?
