Oyster Omelette

- 6 oysters shopping list
- 2 tablespoons corn flour shopping list
- 6 eggs (beaten) shopping list
- 4 Stems (spring onions) shopping list
- 2 Stems coriander shopping list
- 2 teaspoons pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil shopping list
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Chop the onions and coriander.
- Wash the oyster and cut them into small pieces.
- Add corn flour to the pieces.
- Keep it aside.
- Add the chopped onions and coriander to the beaten eggs.
- Blanch the oyster pieces in boiling water.
- Drain it.
- Add sesame oil, pepper and salt to it.
- Mix it well.
- Heat the peanut oil in a pan.
- Pour half of the egg mixture and half of the oyster mixture into the pan.
- Cook till the edges of both the sides of omelet turn slight brown in color.

Wow, this sounds great! I am a big oyster fan and I can't wait to make this, Dave hon. I really like the sesame oil and fresh coriander/cilantro here.... oh boy, oh boy.
Totally off the subject: I actually tried shucking and eating ra...morelunasea in Orlando loved it
