Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter with sugar and dates.
  • When sugar dissolves, cook slowly for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove from heat and add other ingredients.
  • Cool.
  • Roll into small balls and sprinkle with powdered sugar or (if you dare) roll in grated coconut.
  • Keep in an airtight container or they can be frozen.

    You know, I was looking for date recipes yesterday. I've been craving them for several days. Ermmm, that would be craving the dried fruit and not recipes for the social activity of 'dating'...although I suppose they could pair nicely. Heh.

    I think I need more caffeine. Maybe in an IV...*hugs*
