How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, mix sugar, vinegar, and oil together with all the spices. Pour over the cooked pasta. Add the cucumber, olives and onion. Toss all together. Refrigerate overnight to the flavors go through. Toss again before serving.

    I like the no-mayo in this - good for those hot days and picnics...thanks for sharing it - I will have to try it for sure (we are big pasta salad lovers in the summer!).
