Almond Gelatin With Fruit

- 4 tsp unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 cup cold water shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 3/4 cup nonfat dry milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp almond extract shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 pear, peeled, cored and cubed shopping list
- 1 cup seedless red grapes shopping list
- 3 kiwifruits, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1 orange, peeled and sectioned shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups pineapple chunks shopping list
- 1/4 cup orange juice shopping list
How to make it
- In a small saucepan, combine the gelatin and cold water. Add the boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Place over medium heat and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in the dry milk and sugar and return to a boil Stir in the almond extract and cinnamon. When the cinnamon is dissolved, pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
- In a large bowl, combine all the fruit and orange juice. Gently toss to mix well.
- To serve, cut the gelatin into 1-inch squares, add to the fruit and toss gently.
