How to make it

  • In a small saucepan, combine the gelatin and cold water. Add the boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Place over medium heat and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in the dry milk and sugar and return to a boil Stir in the almond extract and cinnamon. When the cinnamon is dissolved, pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the fruit and orange juice. Gently toss to mix well.
  • To serve, cut the gelatin into 1-inch squares, add to the fruit and toss gently.

    I love the use of fresh fruit in your recipe Lori.
    I find this to be so refreshing and light.
