Ingredients

How to make it

  • Soften cream cheese in microwave 30-45 seconds.
  • Stir.
  • Add shredded cheese.
  • Microwave 60-90 seconds.
  • Stir.
  • Add butter, lemon juice and onion.
  • Stir.
  • Put into a bowl that has plastic wrap in the bottom.
  • Wrap tightly and refrig.
  • Unwrap and put on plate.
  • Serve with crackers.

    Mmm I never thought of making my own cheese ball. Great one, mcboo! Do you shape it into a ball or just leave it in the bottom of the bowl as is?

    I have also added green olives and chopped dried beef to add a little something different. I could eat the whole cheese ball by myself. Let me know how you like it. Susie
