How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine crust ingredients well.
  • Press mixture into a lightly greased, foil-lined 9" square pan.
  • Overlap foil for easier removal of squares from pan.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese, sour cream, flour and seasonings at medium speed until smooth.
  • Add egg and egg yolk, one at a time, beating until just blended.
  • Stir in sliced olive and rosemary.
  • Pour filling into baked crust.
  • Return to 350 degree oven for 20 minutes OR until just firm.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Cool to room temperature on a wire rack.
  • Cover loosely and chill for several hours.
  • To serve: Lift foil out of pan, cut into squares.
  • Garnish serving platter, if desired.
