Kalamata Cheesecake Squares

- CRUST: shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecans, very finely chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter, melted shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list
- 11 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 8 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1 large egg yolk shopping list
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced OR chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped shopping list
- GARNISH: shopping list
- Fresh rosemary sprigs shopping list

How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine crust ingredients well.
- Press mixture into a lightly greased, foil-lined 9" square pan.
- Overlap foil for easier removal of squares from pan.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, flour and seasonings at medium speed until smooth.
- Add egg and egg yolk, one at a time, beating until just blended.
- Stir in sliced olive and rosemary.
- Pour filling into baked crust.
- Return to 350 degree oven for 20 minutes OR until just firm.
- Remove from oven.
- Cool to room temperature on a wire rack.
- Cover loosely and chill for several hours.
- To serve: Lift foil out of pan, cut into squares.
- Garnish serving platter, if desired.
