Your recipe calls for melted unsweetened chocolate. Was wondering if you meant to use semi-sweet chocolate instead, or to add a bit of sweetening to the unsweetened melted chocolate?

My Aunt Minnie used to make this every year but I never obtained her recipe. This has to be it or close to it, sounds just like I remember. Thanks for bringing back a fond memory.
