Ingredients

How to make it

  • Empty cooked beef in skillet (otherwise brown the meat, drain and crumble)
  • Add the water, mix, noodles.
  • Stir well bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat.
  • Cover and simmer 20 minutes until the noodles are done. Check and liquid if necessary.
  • **if you have the money, add a can of drained mushrooms to the pan.
  • Top with a 1/2 cup of sour cream or plain yogurt and serve.
