Ingredients

2 1/2 cups of ground beef, cooked and crumbled.

(We buy in bulk, cook off 10 lbs. of ground 80/20, drain and freeze in 2 cup portions, always ready to go in a quick dish like this)

2 cups of water

1/2 cup of Master Mix-recipe posted

2 cups of small pasta-elbows or farfalle are fun

Directions

Empty cooked beef in skillet (otherwise brown the meat, drain and crumble)

Add the water, mix, noodles.

Stir well bring to a boil.

Reduce heat.

Cover and simmer 20 minutes until the noodles are done. Check and liquid if necessary.

**if you have the money, add a can of drained mushrooms to the pan.

Top with a 1/2 cup of sour cream or plain yogurt and serve.
