Ingredients

MASTER BEEFY VERSION:

2 cups of nonfat dry milk

1 cup of cornstarch

3 tbsp of onion flakes

5 beef cubes, crushed

1 tsp of Italian Seasoning

1 tsp of black pepper

1 tsp of garlic powder

1 tsp of parsley flakes

MASTER TUNA/CHICKEN/TURKEY VERSION:

2 cups of nonfat dry milk

1 cup of cornstarch

3 tbsp of onion flakes

5 chicken cubes crushed

1 tbsp of parsley flakes

1 tbsp of lemon pepper

1 tsp of sage

1 tsp of garlic powder

Directions

Mix and store in air tight containers.

Measure and use in recipes for a quick and frugal meal.
