Crabmeat Salad Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 ready made pie crust

Filling

3/4 cup bread crumbs

1 cup celery, chopped

1 tbls. onion, finely chopped

1 tbls. green bell pepper, finely chopped

1 tbls. lemon juice

1 6 oz. can crab meat, drained

3/3 -1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 450

Using 9 inch pie pan, bake pie crust 9-11 minutes

Cool completely

Put 2 tbls. bread crumbs in small bowl and mix in cheddar cheese, set aside

In mixing bowl, add remaining bread crumbs, celery, onion, pepper, lemon juice and crab meat and lightly mix until

combined

Add enough mayo for desired consistency and mix well

Spoon into pie crust

Sprinkle with cheese/breadcrumb mixture

Bake 8-10 minutes
