Breakfast Rice Cakes Recipe

Mix Rice and Egg

Fry in butter

Until golden brown

Ingredients

4 cups of last night’s rice

6 eggs

Butter

Directions

Stir eggs into rice until the mixture is the consistency of pancake batter. If in question, more eggs are better than less (the eggs hold the pancake together).

Cook in butter on a hot skillet, as you would pancakes.

Serve as you would pancakes, with your favorite syrup.
