this is something a little different and a good snack for those football games!!! the recipe is from Kiss
Ingredients
- 1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 – 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped shopping list
- 2 large green onions, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Put cream cheese into a bowl and let it come to room temperature. Cream the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on low speed. Add enough mayonnaise to get desired spreading consistency. Add pepperoni and onions. Mix pepperoni cheese spread thoroughly. For maximum flavor, put pepperoni spread into the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
- Recipe Serves: Pepperoni cheese spread will be just perfect with your favorite crackers or very thin sliced rye bread triangles
