Ingredients

1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

1/2 – 1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped

2 large green onions, chopped

Directions

Put cream cheese into a bowl and let it come to room temperature. Cream the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on low speed. Add enough mayonnaise to get desired spreading consistency. Add pepperoni and onions. Mix pepperoni cheese spread thoroughly. For maximum flavor, put pepperoni spread into the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.

Recipe Serves: Pepperoni cheese spread will be just perfect with your favorite crackers or very thin sliced rye bread triangles
