Breakfast Ham Ring

- 10 eggs shopping list
- 1 pound fully cooked ground ham shopping list
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish shopping list
How to make it
- Beat 2 eggs then add ham, sausage, bread crumbs, milk, parsley and horseradish and mix well.
- Press into a greased 6 cup ring mold and bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hour.
- Towards end of baking prepare scrambled eggs with the remaining eggs seasoning as desired.
- Remove ring from oven and drain juices then unmold onto serving platter.
- Fill center with scrambled eggs and serve immediately.
