How to make it

  • Beat 2 eggs then add ham, sausage, bread crumbs, milk, parsley and horseradish and mix well.
  • Press into a greased 6 cup ring mold and bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hour.
  • Towards end of baking prepare scrambled eggs with the remaining eggs seasoning as desired.
  • Remove ring from oven and drain juices then unmold onto serving platter.
  • Fill center with scrambled eggs and serve immediately.
