So good and so easy. I love crock pot cooking and this recipe is insanely easy and perfect for a busy day

Ingredients
- 3 lb bottom round roast
- 2 cups beef broth (reduced sodium)
- 8.5 ounce jar of horseradish
- 4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 medium potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 onion cut into chunks
- (celery is optional - 2 stalks of celery cut into chunks)
Directions
- rub horseradish on roast
- place roast in slow cooker-crock pot
- add broth, excess horseradish and vegetables
- cook on high for 7-8 hours or until meet is tender
