Slow Cooker New England Roast

- 3 lb bottom round roast shopping list
- 2 cups beef broth (reduced sodium) shopping list
- 8.5 ounce jar of horseradish shopping list
- 4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks shopping list
- 4 medium potatoes cut into chunks shopping list
- 1 onion cut into chunks shopping list
- (celery is optional - 2 stalks of celery cut into chunks) shopping list
How to make it
- rub horseradish on roast
- place roast in slow cooker-crock pot
- add broth, excess horseradish and vegetables
- cook on high for 7-8 hours or until meet is tender
