- 2 cups beef broth (reduced sodium)
- 8.5 ounce jar of horseradish
- 4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 medium potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 onion cut into chunks
- (celery is optional - 2 stalks of celery cut into chunks)

2 cups beef broth (reduced sodium) shopping list
8.5 ounce jar of horseradish shopping list
4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks shopping list

How to make it

rub horseradish on roast
place roast in slow cooker-crock pot
add broth, excess horseradish and vegetables
cook on high for 7-8 hours or until meet is tender
