This is very tasty. I always make two since everyone loves it so much. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 1 cup imitation crab crumbled
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green onion chopped fine
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup parmesan

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spread crab, cheeses and onions in crust.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk and pepper and pour slowly into crust.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 35 minutes
  5. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
