Cheescake Cookies Recipe
This is an old recipe from a friend. Whenever I make these, there gone in a flash!!!

Ingredients
  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 2. c. flour
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. gran. sugar
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbls. milk
  • 2 tbls lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract.

Directions
  1. Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add flour & nuts
  3. Blend until resembles crumbs.
  4. Set aside 1 1/3 c. of mixture.
  5. Press remaining into 9 X 13 pan
  6. Bake at 350 deg. - 12 - 15 min.
  7. Meanwhile---
  8. Combine granulated suger and cream cheese
  9. Beat until smooth.
  10. Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and extract.
  11. Beat well.
  12. Spread reserved crumbs over top and bake at 350 deg . 25 min.
  13. Enjoy..................
