peanut butter cake

this is a cake i made for my hubby paired with peanut butter frosting i was plesently suprised when every one at his very adlut 29th b day party enjoyed it!!(im sure the shape i made out of the cake helped a little lol)
Ingredients
- 1/3C soft butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 1/4 c sifted cake flour (this is important because it will make ur batter very smooth)<oh also to sift u can just run a wisk through it> shopping list
- 1 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 3 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/3c peanutbutter <i usually add a little more > shopping list
- 1c milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- cream butter till light and fluffy
- sift in flour sugar baking powder and salt
- add peanut butter and 2/3c milk
- mix untill all flour is dmpened
- beat at low speed for 2 min
- add 1/3c milk eggs and vanilla beat for another 2 min
- pour in to 2 9 inc layer pans lined with grease and wax paper
- bake in preheated oven 375 degreese for about 25 min cool 5 min
- flip out and cool compleatly and frost
