Peanut Butter Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1/3C soft butter or margarine

2 1/4 c sifted cake flour (this is important because it will make ur batter very smooth)<oh also to sift u can just run a wisk through it>

1 1/2 c sugar

3 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/3c peanutbutter <i usually add a little more >

1c milk

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

cream butter till light and fluffy

sift in flour sugar baking powder and salt

add peanut butter and 2/3c milk

mix untill all flour is dmpened

beat at low speed for 2 min

add 1/3c milk eggs and vanilla beat for another 2 min

pour in to 2 9 inc layer pans lined with grease and wax paper

bake in preheated oven 375 degreese for about 25 min cool 5 min

flip out and cool compleatly and frost

Well my pics are all saved on disks and at this mmoment my sister in law has them when i do get them back i will post a pic i just hope no one is offended lol
