  • 1 pkg. – 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup – finely shredded cucumber, well drained
  • 1/2 cup – shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. – dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. – lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. – minced fresh garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. – salt

Directions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients until blended well Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
  2. It is important to let this dip sit in the refrigerator so the flavors will blend together properly.
