This is Aunt Jannette's fruit cobbler recipe. She often makes it with blueberrys, but we don't have those in Thailand. It makes a great mango cobbler, basically any fruit or berry.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cut fruit or berries (we often used peaches in the US)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions
  1. Cut butter in small pieces and place in the bottom of an 8” square casserole dish.
  2. Mix together sugar, flour, and baking powder. Add milk.
  3. Pour on top of the butter in the casserole dish.
  4. Pour fruit on top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees, until brown on top (about 45 minutes to 1 hour).
  6. Great by itself or served with vanilla ice cream! This is a wonderful dessert to serve warm!
