Mrs. Minor F. Riley was proud to contribute her recipe to the Cabbage Patch Cookbook! Please don't ask me about the name 'cause I haven't a clue. In addition, this is posted as written by Mrs. Riley.

Ingredients
  • 1 heaping tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 pound sharp New York cheese
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 large onion (chopped fine)

Directions
  1. Melt butter in double boiler, add chopped onion and simmer.
  2. Add cheese, let melt, then add the tomato soup.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and if you like a dash of Tabasco.
  5. Serve on salt crackers.

Well, I certainly couldn't resist that name!! That is too funny, and you have to wonder where on earth that originated from...no matter where from, it does sound interesting - I can't help but give it a try!
