	cheese tomato onion

Ingredients

1 heaping tablespoon butter

3/4 pound sharp New York cheese

2 cans tomato soup

1 large onion (chopped fine)

Directions

Melt butter in double boiler, add chopped onion and simmer.

Add cheese, let melt, then add the tomato soup.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and if you like a dash of Tabasco.

Serve on salt crackers.
