Ingredients
  • 6 Medium potatoes, cut into chunks(red potatoes work best)
  • 4 Medium carrots, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (can use skinless boneless thighs
  • 1 (10-3/4 oz) Can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10-3/4 oz) Can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/8 Tsp garlic salt
  • 2-4 Tbsp mashed potatoes flakes, optional

Directions
  1. 1. Place potatoes and carrots in slow cooker (Add onions if you like them). Top with chicken
  2. 2. Combine the soups and garlic salt, pour over chicken
  3. 3. Cover & cook on low for 8 hours. To thicken gravy, stir in potato flakes and cook 30 min longer
