El Shrimp Dip

This is just a quick, easy, throw together at the last moment appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. of cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup of mayo shopping list
- 1/8 cup of sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup of salsa ( or more to taste) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp essance of Emeril shopping list
- 2 green onions choped finely ( save the top of one) shopping list
- 1 small can of mini shrimp, drained. shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl blend cream cheese , essances, Mayo and sour cream.
- Fold in green onions salsa and mini shrimp.
- Garnish with top of 1 green onion and essance.
- Can be served with veggies, chips or crackers.

Hmmmm, instead of canned shrimp I can picture you using some leftover good wild SC shrimp for this! Delish!
