Ingredients

8 oz. of cream cheese

1/4 cup of mayo

1/8 cup of sour cream

1/2 cup of salsa ( or more to taste)

1/2 tsp essance of Emeril

2 green onions choped finely ( save the top of one)

1 small can of mini shrimp, drained.

Directions

In medium bowl blend cream cheese , essances, Mayo and sour cream.

Fold in green onions salsa and mini shrimp.

Garnish with top of 1 green onion and essance.

Can be served with veggies, chips or crackers.
