Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 teaspoons butter, softened
  • 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. (180 degrees C)
  2. Place pork chops in a baking pan.
  3. Spread each chop with 1 teaspoon of butter, then 1 teaspoon mayonnaise.
  4. Season each with salt, pepper and parsley.
  5. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese.
  6. Bake 35 minutes.
  7. **I'm thinking that the cheese could never take the 35 minute bake time and would probably add it later in the cooking process.
